Privacy Policy

Ramzin Real Estate Broker LLC ("we", "us", "offplans.ai") is committed to protecting the privacy of buyers, investors, and visitors who use the Platform. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have.

1. What we collect

  • name, email, and phone number;
  • buyer profile (nationality, residency status, buying purpose);
  • budget range and payment-plan preferences;
  • property preferences (location, bedrooms, handover, lifestyle);
  • OTP verification status and timestamps (we never store the OTP code);
  • uploaded buyer documents (passport, Emirates ID, or national ID);
  • chat and session usage data (messages exchanged with the AI advisor);
  • usage metering, rate-limit counters, and abuse signals;
  • basic device, IP, and browser metadata for security.

2. Why we collect it

  • to deliver AI-assisted matching of off-plan opportunities;
  • to verify buyer intent and protect private developer allocations;
  • to prevent misuse, fraud, broker misuse, and scraping;
  • to support the booking, reservation, and Sales and Purchase Agreement process;
  • to improve Platform reliability, AI quality, and user experience.

3. How we handle documents

  • uploaded documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage;
  • they are accessible only through short-lived signed URLs issued to admins;
  • they are never made publicly accessible;
  • document content is never included in AI prompts or AI training;
  • only authorized staff can review documents for verification purposes.

4. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out above, including verification, booking, regulatory record-keeping, and dispute resolution. Uploaded documents are retained only as long as necessary to verify buyer intent and support any resulting transaction, and are reviewed for deletion thereafter. 5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with developers only where you have explicitly indicated interest and only to the extent required to progress a booking. We may share data with our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, OTP, and security verification) under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate or outdated information;
  • delete your data, subject to lawful retention obligations;
  • export your data in a portable format.

7. Security

We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, row-level access controls, signed-URL document access, OTP verification, rate limiting, and Cloudflare Turnstile-based bot protection to safeguard your data.
